Customers are strongly advised to contact a local professional broadband installer to get advice on the availability of broadband internet where they are located, prior to purchasing from us.

Internet products and services are guaranteed with the provision of a stable internet connection, with suitable speed and quality. These provisions are highlighted with requirements listed in each product or service specification.

All subscriptions become active once ordered.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Notification of any price changes will be given through updates to the website.

Third party broadcasters may withdraw, change or add options, and programming availability and schedules at any given time.

Guarantees of any specific channel or programme cannot be given.

All content delivered via apps or streaming media on products sold are fed direct from the relevant broadcasters in question. We therefore make no guarantee on uptime, availability or quality of feeds under any circumstances.

We are not responsible for delivering any television or streaming media content using products or devices sold, and ultimately have no control over availability in your location.

Payments accepts payment via credit card, debit card or PayPal. We do not accept payment via BACS, cheque, cryptocurrency or cash.

Purpose has established this website to enable customers, such as British nationals and expatriates, to enquire, order or purchase services and/or equipment for use in conjunction with their own internet connection and internet connected hardware (where compatible)

Our products and services are permitted for residential use only. Our products and services are not intended for commercial purposes.


The Customer shall indemnify the Seller and/or its associates, employees, officers and directors against all claims, liability or damage arising out of breach of these Terms & Conditions and/or services and equipment supplied by the Seller.


Delivery is initiated upon full payment. All deliveries are made via trackable courier service or similar (whichever option proves faster and more efficient).


It is the sole responsibility of the customer to carry out all service cancellations in accordance with our terms and conditions.

All orders and subscription cancellations must be carried out by the Customer by completing our online cancellation request form. The form requires all customers to give their full name, email address and original order number associated with the order cancellation in question. We do not accept cancellation requests via email.

We request clarification from all Customers for the reason for cancellation, in the event that the cancellation request may be due to technical issues that we will take the opportunity to resolve firstly.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure any cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled recurring payment due date. Any request for refunds after a cancellation has occurred following a scheduled recurring payment has been processed will be declined.

We will not accept cancellation requests where forms are incorrectly completed and submitted details do not match those we have on file.

In circumstances where the Customer fails to cancel their services using the above outlined processes, and instead actions a cancellation of a previously created regular payment profile outside of our system, this action will be treated as a request to cancel all services effective immediately. All services provided will be disconnected and all access denied regardless of any period remaining within the previously active subscription term. No refunds will be given.

Once a Customer cancellation has been accepted, we will cancel all previously agreed scheduled payments (where appropriate) and make no further charges thereafter.


All return of goods and refunds must be authorised and agreed by us prior to return.

Requests to return goods must be initiated by completing our online cancellations and returns form.

For digital only products, no refunds will be given except in exceptional circumstances.

For physical products that require shipping, there is a 14 day cooling off period where the cost of the item alone can be refunded upon receipt of the return of the product undamaged in its original packaging. All returned items must be received by us in a resellable condition. Any items deemed unfit for resale will not be refunded.

Any refund does not include shipping fees and may be subject to administration costs in exceptional circumstances where products returned are damaged due to insufficient packaging or shipping service.

It is the full responsibility of the customer to arrange return of goods in their original packaging in good working order, using a delivery service with suitable tracking and insurance that will arrive to us promptly. The customer must bare the cost of the return shipment. This is non-refundable.

The customer must provide us with the carrier’s tracking code to fully check the progress of the return to us.

Refunds will only be given after a return request has been fully authorised, and satisfactory receipt of goods in original packaging and in full working order within 14 days of original purchase.


Security is extremely important to us, and we take every reasonable effort to protect your personal information both online and offline.

We fully adhere to data protection laws and do not share your personal information with any third parties.

Any financial information requested when ordering services and/or equipment including credit or debit card details is encrypted using industry standard encryption software via our third party payment processing company.

We do not store or log any bank, credit or debit card information on our servers at any time whatsoever.


To the extent permitted by law, all products and equipment we provide for sale are provided by us on an “as is” basis and we make no representations or warranties of any kind to the accuracy, completeness, satisfactory quality or suitability for any purpose of the information or any of the products and equipment contained on our website.


All equipment supplied by carries the standard manufacturers warranty. Any equipment found to be faulty will be returned to the manufacturer and a replacement will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy

All orders are despatched within 2 working days from the time of order, subject to stock availability.

Shipments are confirmed via email, including any relevant tracking reference number (where applicable).

Equipment orders are shipped via tracked courier with the cost based on the number of units purchased.

All items shipped to overseas territories will include all necessary documentation required for local customs and duty laws applicable to the receiving country, as outlined by our shipping providers.

In rare circumstances, local customs and import authorities may require import tax and duties to be paid to complete delivery of your item(s). Such circumstances are entirely outside of our control, and we waive all responsibility and liability where this occurs..

Whilst we endeavour to make every effort to prevent this from occurring, we have no control over laws applicable to the importation of goods to overseas territories.

Where a duty has been applied, it is the full responsibility of the receiver to pay the amount due. We do not pay or settle import duties on behalf of the customer under any circumstances, and no refunds or compensation (part or in full) will be given as a consequence.

The customer must bare the full cost of any import duties owed.


In exceptional circumstances where a Customer repeatedly violates our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel, refuse and block any future accesses to our services.

Examples of abuses are but not limited to:

• rude and abusive behaviour towards our staff
• unauthorised sharing or distribution of our services
• unauthorised commercial use or misuse of our services
• unauthorised reselling of our services
• repeat cancellation of previously agreed recurring payments
• cancellation of recurring payment profiles immediately after purchase

Repeat violations of our terms of service cause unnecessary extra administrative pressures on our team. Therefore, any Customer repeatedly violating our terms of service will be banned from accessing our website or purchasing our services for an indefinite period.

We reserve the right for Customers to appeal any decision where a genuine error may have been made.
